If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help — with a return process that is simple, transparent, and fair.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✔ unworn
✔ unwashed
✔ unaltered
✔ free of stains, perfume, deodorant or damage
✔ with original tags & packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Shipping
To keep our pricing premium-accessible, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You may use:
• our prepaid return label (deducted from your refund)
or
• your own shipping method
**The return shipping cost varies by country and will be shown during the return request.
3. Exchanges — Always Free
We offer free exchanges for:
✔ size
✔ colour
✔ an alternative item of the same value
You will not pay:
✘ no return fees
✘ no reshipping fees
Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item reaches our EU return centre.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following categories are final sale:
• underwear / shapewear
• seamless essentials worn next to the skin
• items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will:
✔ replace it free of charge
✔ or issue a full refund

6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
Processing time:
• Return inspection: 2–5 business days
• Refund to bank: 3–7 business days (varies by bank)
We do not refund:
✘ original shipping costs
✘ customs duties or taxes (if applicable)

All returns are processed through our European logistics hub for faster processing:

8. Items Purchased With Discounts
Discounted items can be returned unless marked “Final Sale”.
9. Quality Control Guarantee
Every item undergoes a multi-step quality inspection.
If returned items show signs of:
✘ wear
✘ damage
✘ washing
✘ fabric stretching
✘ odour
✘ cosmetic stains
We may:
• refuse the return
or
• issue a partial refund (10–40% deduction depending on condition)
This protects the premium quality of VENGORRA garments.
